Sarah has led humanitarian trips to Argentina (2022) , South Africa (2023), the Philippines (2024), and most recently Kenya (2025). 

For her non-stop work while also being a D1-Athlete finishing her college career at St. Lawrence, Sarah received the 2025 Hockey Humanitarian Award and continues to push herself and others to grow the game wherever possible.
