Amelia Santaniello has been a cornerstone at WCCO-TV (CBS News Minnesota) since 1996—marking over 30 years as of 2026. She co-anchors key evening newscasts and has built a reputation as one of the Twin Cities’ most trusted and beloved news personalities. Before Minnesota, she gained experience at stations in Hartford, CT; Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, PA; Elmira, NY; and started in D.C. Her roots include growing up in a military family with moves to Virginia, Japan, and Texas, and earning a degree from Marywood University.
