Kevin Erdvig is a filmmaker, photographer, grouse & woodcock guide, and an extremely dedicated upland bird hunter. Kevin shares his wild upland bird hunting journey from his ruffed grouse hunting roots in Pennsylvania to the boreal forests in Sweden in pursuit of capercaillie. Kevin explains how he’s made a solo media career in the hunting space, guiding grouse hunters in the Northwoods, “Across the Uplands” film tour, outsmarting ruffed grouse from Maine to Montana and everywhere in between, growing up hunting in Pennsylvania, how bird behaviors change across landscapes, learning to read the landscape, learning from mentors, watching dogs that specialize in different birds, and so much more… @red_ghost_setters
